5 Steps to make your Delivery a Success

1. Invoice Review

All in-stock merchandise will be reserved for you for 7 days. Any Back Ordered items will be indicated on your invoice (BO). Please review delivery date and time Condos/Apartments and Gated Communities will be scheduled according to the community's delivery restrictions. If you need to change your delivery date, let us know before the day of delivery. Cancellations on day of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

2. Quality inspection

We open and inspect every piece of furniture before your delivery to be sure that yours will be right. Our goal is to get everything right the first time.

3. 3 Hour Delivery Window

Your Service Technician will call around 10:00 am the morning of your delivery with an approximate 3 hour delivery window.

4. 30 Minute Call Ahead

This is another benefit you will enjoy only with Quality Furniture. Your service technician will call you 30 minutes before they arrive so you can plan your day accordingly.

5. Your Delivery

Premium Service

We will deliver, set up, and place your furniture in your home and remove all packaging.

Home Preparation

Secure your home by covering exposed floors and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the delivery path. Stair ways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. Quality Furniture is not responsible for damages to items, flooring, or walls that could have been properly protected. Quality Furniture is not responsible for moving exisiting furniture in your home.

Delivery Satisfaction Call

After your merchandise has been delivered, your Salesperson will call you to make sure you're satisfied with your delivery experience and with your products within 72 hours.
