Return / Exchange Policy
Quality Furniture and Appliances goal is for you to be a satisfied customer now and for many years to come. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, contact us within three days after you received it for reselection or store credit. To receive full credit, all returned merchandise needs to be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, pillows, original box, instructions, remotes and box.
Merchandise not meeting these requirements may not be accepted for return, or may be assessed a restocking charge of 20%. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you want Quality to pick up the item you have and redeliver another both actions can be done with only one additional $99.99 delivery charge.
Cancellation before delivery
If you have not received your stocked merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge or fee by calling the location you purchased from at least 24 hours before delivery.
If the merchandise you purchased was a special order (an item that Quality Furniture normally does NOT stock) you will need to let us know you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of original order. If you do not cancel the sale within 24 hours of the special order, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, Quality Furniture will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty.
You may receive a full refund of any monies you paid Quality Furniture for purchased merchandise as long as you notify Quality Furniture within three (3) days of date of purchase. If you charged your purchase on a debit or credit card, we will credit your card. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our office within seven to ten business days.
For a special order, if you do not cancel the sale within 24 hours only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, Quality Furniture will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No refunds are available on delivery charges after the delivery has been completed.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP
Quality Furniture offers in-home delivery within our local delivery area at only $99.99 for one piece or a whole houseful. Quality’s delivery crews are some of the best in the business and do a great job. Generally we deliver between 10:00AM and 6:00 PM. We will call you before the delivery to let you know the approximate time we will be arriving, normally within a three hour window.
Due to health concerns Quality’s delivery crew cannot remove your old furniture, appliances, or bedding. We will gladly place these items on the curb for you.
Quality’s delivery crew will move some of your items if you need help making room for your new selections.
A $99.99 charge will be made for each delivery, even if no one is home to accept the scheduled delivery.
If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, Quality Furniture will repair or replace your selection to your satisfaction. Quality may attempt to repair the item to your satisfaction before a replacement model is provided.
In the unlikely event any damage to your property should occur by Quality Furniture or one of our agents, please report the damage to one of our managers the same day it occurs.
Pick ups may be made at Quality Furniture’s Warehouse Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through Saturday from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Quality Furniture will assist, but is not responsible for securing your purchased item on your vehicle. Quality Furniture does not supply pads or ties but will provide twine to help you secure your selection. Quality Furniture does not assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost while you transport it.
Some items may need assembly before you use them. Normally all items that are picked up are left in their original packing and will therefore need light assembly. If you wish for Quality Furniture to assemble your merchandise for you, we will need 24 hours notice. Normally there is a small charge for this assembly service, but if we deliver your merchandise the assembly is included!
The Golden Rule:
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This rule is one of our guiding principles and supercedes any and every policy. We try to put ourselves in your shoes as the customer and strive to treat you the way we would want to be treated in this situation.
